While going to school, to your colleges, to offices, in a shopping areas, in temples (or wherever you pray ) , in dance classes , in yoga trainings, in the gym and where not ! Yes sometime in home in front of your family.
That's fine if they are with their GFs, Wify, mom , sis ..that doesn't stop them from checking you out entirely .. . They can do it , its a right ... what Swaraj -- yeah !!
